Villian is a 31/26/3

My first question is Preflop, what is the standard with 77 Vs a Villian Fish? for me it is borderline folding is ok but playing HitOrFold could become EV +

Obviously I'm going to C/C this flop, so he just inflates the pot. Since he does not do it in the turn I will value his entire range, high medium pockets, and Ax that they do not want to throw the pot, hence my% 25 sizing bet

The turn is the key to the hand, I think my B/R should have been stronger, but the Jam seems over-aggressive to me and would lose value against hands that still raise my initial bet, 99+ that does not give credit to my bet of 40% and those hands I don't want them to fold.

The river is another story, I think it is a B/F but I see few flushes in its range, maybe AQ ... AT-J's?
What do you think? How would you approach the situation?

31/26/3 over how many hands? Fold pre

Thought process behind turn sizing? Start banging it in with the effective nuts

Pre is fold given he is tight and sizing is kind big
Turn probably bigger ap just jam vs his raise. You dont want to keep his 99 combos in because even if he raises those they check riv every time unless he hits A set so just jam stack off random Kx and get protection vs his FD.

A true 3% 3bet range is JJ+, Aks, Ako. You're being too optimistic putting ATs in his range.

Just fold pre. AP go bigger on turn, 2/3 pot at least. Never folding river vs our opponent.

Asa said above fold pre the UTG RFI is fine but MP needs a very strong range to 3bet a UTG RFI Flop is mostly a check. Turn looks fine and im never folding the river. The only mistakes i see are calling the preflop 3bet and turn reraise should be bigger both from a balance stand point and a exploitive standpoint. you have the effective nuts and micro players are not in the habit of raise folding turn. So dont be scared of losing you customer
