Hero bets $7, BTN/SB calls $7

Turn: ($25.00) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets $18, Hero calls $18

River: ($61.00) K (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB bets $35

Villian is 50/42/3 over 167 hands. I play a 46/36/2 line(how's that pt stat by the way), we hadn't been playing too many 3bet pots and this is the first time a 3bet pot's continuation bet was cold called on the flop. What's villian's range here? Do I have to fold here b/c qj got there and any king has me beat, but I'm worried about the flush. How is my line on the turn? Villian was very in line throughout the match and wasn't bluffing much.

If he hasn't been bluffing I'd fold. He's not value betting worse.

Think I'd like it more if you CRAI turn.

Get it in on the turn for sure. If he's been aggro, than CRAI is good. But if he's been more passive postflop on the turn/river than i'd be more inclined to just keep on betting.

Unfortunately for you, a lot of hands hit on the river but you can beat a pair of tens.
You need to win at least 35/(2*35 + 61) ~ 26.71% of the time.

Does he bet a 10 here ? Even if he bluffs 10% of the time, then you need to be ahead of 16.71% of his value bets.

Another thing to keep in mind is that a turn check gives him further incentive to bluff the river. You haven't convinced him that your hand is any good and he may bet out hoping for a fold.

c/r all in on the turn, and not just bc u have draws. you will also get callled by worse alot i think (and hes rlly aggro so his turn bet isnt necessarily indicative of a huge hand)

i check the turn.

i don't think c/c is bad though.

you should fold the river

Your line is fine...unfortunate Turn-->River.. but this hand is all about reads..

You should hopefully have an idea of what his 18$ on the flushcard means based on previous hands.. Does this guy like to slowplay his monsters?..Float flops with trash and scare you out of pots with bets like this one?.. Or bet right out at everything he hits and just hope you call?.. Over 167 hands you should have a solid idea about his tendancies here on the turn..

What this forum sometimes undervalues are a read spot like this...Especially in heads up..A read will make or break you on this hand, and should be the deciding factor in calling turn, raising turn or even folding turn...

The advice in this thread so far has been pretty bad...If you're c/ring All in turn against a player like this you will only be called this deep by a better hand..unless hes a complete monkey..

I play a 50/42 as well, and based on my opponents tendancies I may bet out at my hit flush here or bluff at it with complete air..

Based solely on him flatcalling such a wet flop, I think you're definitely beat here... If i had the flush or straight draw on that flop against a preflop 3-bet, deepstacked, I'd take a card too...Looks like the turn hit him hard and if it was something like AcKs the river definitely cant help your cause.

Is this always a fold? I think the turn was scarier than the river.

I'd pay this off pretty often.

I agree that river line was pretty bad.
