Hello,

I struggle a bit in 4-Bet Pots..

Villian is a Solid Player with 24/10/10 over 400 Hands.

When I played the had is seems pretty straight forward for me to shove the turn, espacially with the Ah.

But during the review I just getting more and more concerns if that was more a horroble move..

I think SB had nearly not much FD on the turn, because we block a lot of Ako/AQo comos with the Ah. And than we just isolating vs better hands

I assume SB has roughly the following range on the Turn: (Do you think this is realistic?)

TT,AQs-ATs,KQs-KTs,8h7h,7h6h,6h5h,[75.0000]JJ[/75.0000],[50.0000]QQ,AKs,JTs,AKo-AQo[/50.0000]

Whats your turn approach?

These are not solid stats, these stats indicate villain is a huge fish, calling way too much pre, probably not aggressive enough, though the 3bet stat is high.

What does your 4bet range look like here?

I'd probably play the hand the same.
I ran two sims with slightly different ranges, they play it the same way too.
Though it's impossible to run an accurate sim here since we have no clue what SB's 3bet/call range looks like nor what your 4bet range looks like.

My first thought when looking at this flop was, we should be checking back here often.
Only my 2nd sim agreed, but it's still never checking back with AAh

In 4-bet pots you can bet very small, like 1/4th pot on the flop. On the turn I don’t think we need to jam, we have the NFD blocker and villain’s FD’s on the flop would basically be Axh which he cant have. OTT I don’t think you have to go all in , you have an overpair with the NFD so I don’t think you need much protection, I might bet a bit under half pot and jam river to keep his made hands in. If he has a hand like JJ here against the push hes folding, he might even let go KQ thinking you have overpair, AQ or turned some flush.

Jamming is fine. Might be slightly more +EV x turn and jam any river when we have Ah

Thanks for the advice.

Sounds reasonable. When I bet the flop smaller I can also bet the turn smaller to have a decent Stack ratio left on the river for jaming.
