you are not raising to take people of the split when they have a lot of strong hands, here on turn there is small chance you get called by worse

In general, we can treat these min-bets as a check and bet the sizing that we bet against the check.

I would bet about 1/2 the pot on the turn to protect against gunshots and not make a tough decision if we get a big bet on the river after the turn is checked.
