He can have plenty of legitimate value hands here.
Lots of people split range on flop in 3b pots or play weird, even on boards like this where button should basically be blindly cbetting 100% of hands. Just for fun let's look at the solvers line here facing the action from villains perspective.
And then unsurprisingly the best bluff catcher is KJs because it blocks the K value combos and the straights. Which probably makes KJo close, or a call unblocking all the missed flush draws, but even then it's probably a bad call because of how infrequently we actually have to call here given the line.
Edit: I point this out because even an opponent who isn't thinking too much might check back flop trappy then pull this line out with hands that the solver is finding as well.
