i play a dude at the 20s and it doesn't take long before i realize i have a pretty massive edge over him. He's also a total douche in the chat, being an idiot and appearing very tilted. I win and he declines a rematch, oh well.

5 minutes later and i see him sitting again, so i join, win, and he again declines the rematch.

suspecting he's probably going to play another i open up another empty $20+1 lobby and wait a few minutes. Sure enough, after about 3 minutes he sits and i join, much to his disgust. He wins this time and, with his new found confidence, decides that yes he will accept a rematch.
I win, and, determined to prove his first victory wasn't a complete fluke (it was), he accepts another rematch. I win again and after serving me with yet another dose of his chat box rage, he decides no more and declines the rematch. Fearing me waiting for him again I suspect he's not going to sit at another $20.

So then I decide I'll just search for him through the player search. He's sitting at a $50 and so I insta-join.

Is this unethical or double fist pump joy?
05-01-2009 , 07:16 AM
fist pump imo
05-01-2009 , 07:43 AM
BOOM!!! Im fistpump sitting him in a $50. Especially if hes douchy. And if he declines, i chase him again!!!
05-01-2009 , 07:46 AM
oh fwiw, i usually don't sit people when they ask me not to sit them; whether they're regs, fish or anything in between... i usually end up saying something "okay, one more game after this and then i'll never sit you again" or something
when they don't ask me for it, i don't really care if they get angry

This month will be amazing.

05-01-2009 , 08:12 AM
Haha cool, yeah he never asked me to not sit him so didn't think it was too bad. He did claim he was going to 'report' me though, for what i'm not sure. He declined another rematch and I couldn't find him anymore :P.

Ever since I won that match though i've been running like crap, 3-8 or something and now i'm exactly back where I was before I sat him the first time

EDIT: 4-10 FFS may, you looked so promising.

What site/network in your opinion has the softest competition in small stakes HU?
05-01-2009 , 11:16 AM
Bodog, Carbon for US prolly, that's husng though.

Not sure on hu cash, most microstakes are unbeatable due to rake, prolly start at 50NL Hu? Ask in the hu regs thread if that's what you want.

Cash? Probably all of them tbh. Most of the regs at lower stakes will all have their leaks, and they'll be plenty of fish.

They used to say that about small limit games. Now you get laughed out of the thread.

I'm pretty sure that all small stakes HUNL games are beatable.
05-01-2009 , 12:41 PM
The NL50 rake is ****ing sick tbh. However, it is definitely beatable.

I pay roughly 16-20$ / hr in rake just 2 tabling HU.
