i highly recommend utah if you haven't been there. i was shocked at how beautiful it was. i had no idea. salt lake city is nothing great, but arches national park, moab area, dam. it's really breathtaking.

I actually haven't even mentioned it to her. We didn't talk for like 2 years after college because I was traveling and whatnot but then I went up to Seattle a couple weeks ago and met up with her. And I figure its best to just show up, get her way drunk (not in a creepy, rapist type way- like a get excited cause we're drunk way) and say "lets go!" rather than phone/email it. Shows dedication to the hippie cause.

and yeah, Utah is def. on my list. I've heard so many great things about Moab and Arches. Figure after Seattle I'll just wind my way down that direction. Even Idaho is supposed to have some nice parks.

Pretty sure I'm going to bring my comp and get one of those Verizon Aircards so I'll actually be just about as active as I am now...maybe more so? Speaking of, anybody have any advice on those aircards? From what I've read, Verizon seems to have the best coverage/reliability.
