Ok, just decided I'm gonna take a 3mo break from the UK after my whole GF breakup thing.

I still have my flat and car in Switzerland, the weather will be good, I'll save a good 8-10k pounds in rent/electricity/etc during those 3 months because apart from food I won't have any fixed expenses in Switzerland. Half the time I'm gonna be travelling anyway because of a ton of "summer weddings" that are coming up.

Gonna miss the pubs, the non-British chicks (British chicks are mostly fugly imo), and my friends...but I'm just gonna fly over on weekends if I feel like partying.

Gonna return in September to start my Masters degree. I wanna get me a motorbike from the 8-10k pounds I'll be saving, so bring on the suggestions. Right now I'm in favour of a Triumph Dytona. I like the Ninja too, but I just felt cramped sitting on it (I'm 1m86).

$1400 later, we are racoon-less, and the hole that the mother dug through our roof so that she could have babies in between the roof and the ceiling will hopefully be fixed before it rains again.

Damn, that's pretty crazy and quite an expense.

How many were there? I see two but I'm guessing there are more.

4 babies. The mother is still at large. Before pulling the babies out, they put a trap on the roof over the hole, but they put the trap up after dark and apparently she had already left for the night.

They said she shouldn't come back this year, or do any more damage if she doesn't hear the babies in the ceiling, and they're supposed to be installing a raccoon-proof vent in the roof. (she apparently dug through the venting to nest)

3 or 4 years ago, we're pretty sure a raccoon (maybe the same one, maybe not) climbed down the chimney (doing quite a bit of damage there in the process) and nested inside the fireplace though (the chimney now has a raccoon-proof cap on it), so hopefully she won't find somewhere creative to nest next year. :/

Not that I'd have a problem killing an animal, but for a purpose, not just "hey they're nesting here."

For food or if it were attacking someone close to me, fine.

i have raccoons living under my house right now. they are noisy as ****. but i would rather have 1400 dollars than silence so i live with it. and i am thankful it's raccoons and not skunks living under there like before.

sometimes i pee all around my house and that seems to have gotten rid of the skunks, but didn't work with the raccoons.

i like fair skinned blonde chicks and i think the swedish thing is over rated. most swedish girls aren't that great looking. and you might be getting swedish and swiss confused. i don't think radeh is going to sweden.
