Those roids shrivel up your baseballs man.

It was apparently a woman's fertility drug, also used by 'roiders to regulate their testosterone levels after a drug cycle.

LOL!

Well, the place is super safe, so a ton of parents let their little ones (4-5yr olds) trek to kindergarten unsupervised. But most put a giant orange "triangle" thing on their kids, so they kinda stick out. It's mostly so the cars see them...the kids kinda stick out wearing that sign.

Hehehe, "Chuchichäschtli" is just something the Swiss make foreigners say because they can't pronounce it correctly, no matter how hard they try. The word itself means "kitchen cupboard", no not to interesting.

"Röschti" is one of our national dishes:

It's basically hash browns made into a "pancake". You can use whatever toppings you want, cheese, eggs, sausage, whatever. Perfect hangover food!

The "Röschtigrabe" is what we call the artificial boarder between the German and French speaking part of Switzerland. Obviously the Swiss Germans make fun of the French Germans, and vice versa.

For all you beer lovers, this is the local beer from my home town. Description only in German, but feel free to ask. Another brand is Unser beer...which is a lot better than the other one imo.

Did I mention we have the best selection weed in Europe after Amsterdam...White Widow, Super Skunk, AK47

It's super easy to make

Recipes

The best way is if you eat it together with "Zuercher Geschnetzeltes"...veal and mushrooms in a cream sauce.

(I'm owning myself here btw, got the munchies...)

Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
BTN Hero (680)
BB looleebell (2320)

Blinds: 10/20

Pre-flop: (30, 2 players) Hero is BTN T J
Hero raises to 60, looleebell raises to 180, Hero calls 120

Flop: J T 8 (360, 2 players)
looleebell goes all-in 2,140, Hero goes all-in 500

Turn: 6 (3,000, 2 players)

River: K (3,000, 2 players)

Final Pot: 1,360
Hero shows: T J
looleebell shows: A Q

looleebell wins 3,000 ( won +680 )
Hero lost -680
I kind of dislike preflop here; way better things to do like limp or minraise or 3bb's/fold but getting over 1/4th of your stack in with JTs is kind of marginal imo. Might be explained with reads or something but defenitly not standard in a vaccuum.

And lol @ the discussion on the A6 hand I posted.

I don't really know how to do the math on this or how to explain it properly. Only thing I can just say is that I'm really happy about my game lately. Some things I just do without thinking too much about it and without being able to explain exactly why but I do know that if I was in the same spot again vs same villain/gameflow I'd defenitly just flat it pre again.

this stuff happens when you are running hot and everything works out exactly as you want it to.

/discussion i guess.

edit: and it isn't meant to sound condescending, but theres no other way to put it really.

I'm not sure how you can say it's the best play without being able to back it up with some math. But i know people can do things naturally which is right most of the time etc

Looking at it, i tihnk the key is how much he calls pre. If you think neevr folds or folds a tiny % of the time, then i think i like your line more. Because shoving pre is more +ev with the mroe folds we get because of the free chips we get. But the times he does call, he will have 2 live cards like a lot of the time and have decent equity against us.

So if he is shoving every flop, then calling and getting most of the chips in will be more +ev as he will miss the flop a ton and will only have like 6 outs a lot and about 24% or something? + we can fold some bad flops as well.

I'm not sure if my thinking is right here, but if the above is correct then i kinda like to just flat pre and call a shove on most flops.

I don't really know the math, never read a poker book or looked into poker math deeper than pot odds and implied odds. Poker can be a feel game a lot of the time, poker math can help but really isn't essential.

fwiw, just bc the guy reraised here with 94s (or whatever it was) doesn't mean he's bad. The stack sizes are basically perfect for a light 3bet where spamzor's only real options SHOULD be shove/fold.

He has more than 2x pot left on the flop. There is no reason that we should believe that he is openshoving every flop. This flop was perfect as it was A high and with his FD. Spamzor will very rarely have an A, so his shove is designed to push out any other random pair that is afraid to call a 2x pot shove.

You missed my point completely. In order to know if this is the best +ev line, then we have to do some math, or have some idea on how often he calls pre and how often he folds. IMO.

And what has feel got to do with it anyway? we know we have the best hand here like almost always....

or im i missing something?

I never said the guy was bad.

I don't think we should ever limit our options especially when we have a read that villain is shoving EVERY flop. That changes it quite a bit, imo.

But that's the read Spam has and we have to go on reads.
