No recourse, he's fine for not sending back imo. Some poker sites don't even reimburse always when it's their fault, let alone you playing somebody and your connection being at fault. Not to mention he may not even know who you are, expect much of an edge to begin with, etc.
Vs two evenly matched players, a dc really favors you rather than him. He has to sit there and watch his hourly slowly dissipate bc of your connection.
That being said, guys like Livb and Camel have done this in the past, and I won't argue that it's not a nice gesture, but I would not expect it ever from anybody.
