I normally only post in the mtt forums, but thanks to Grow im gonna check out this thread more often. I mostly play husngs on FTP and random eurosites under some variation of mement_mori. I'm gonna grind a bunch of husngs this month so hopefully I can have a huuuge month

just saw this - stars is offering a special may-only cash bonus.

10k fpp's gets $160
1k fpp's gets $16
500 fpp's gets $8

you can purchase each bonus once. so its $184 for 11.5k fpp's. pretty good deal imo. check it out in the vip store. have to be silverstar+

dubois you need to figure out how often he wins. if he wins over a week span 51% of the time, its bad. if its more like 80% of the time, its good.

sidebar: why do $ signs go before the number and % signs go after. it is dumb.

How do I figure that out? Pretty sure he wins 3 or 4ptbb/100 over something like 200k hands. It's more difficult b/c it's cash games, than sngs or whatever.

But obviously anything can happen (heater, BE, DS) in a span of 40-50k hands.

Quick tip for all you laptop users:

Once a year, open up your laptop and clean all the dust. Often when I used graphic intensive programs (games, etc.), the game would randomly lock up after 15min of play. When checking my core and GPU temperature, I noticed that the temperature was 80 degrees Celsius or more.

My fans were running on high, but just not cooling enough. After looking around a bit, I found the following how-to video for a Dell XPS1210. Most laptops can be cleaned the same way.

Anyway, I did that, and my average temperature while playing games is now 56 degrees Celsius compared to over 80...pretty impressive change. I can now run games I couldn't run before!!
