If you are going to c-bet this flop then bet more.
Just c-behind river as after he called your c-bet and limp-called pf I put him on a PP or Kx and is likely to call the river bet with his made boat.
If I am doing this line to isolate the CO then I might be tempted to double barrell it if I think he calls a lot of c-bets with draws and weak made hands and folds turns that make the board sufficiently scary.
Just fold this preflop. As played continuation bet on the flop is fine, no need to worry too much about bet-sizing since this guy probably doesn't pay attention to things like that. After he calls though I'd just check the turn and river unless my hand improved. Any FH calls you on the river, and sometimes even any ace too.
I think this is fine. If the flop was rainbow I'd b/f the turn half the times, the other half I'd play it like this
edit: I won't b/f a twotone flop, because if villain called with a FD and thinks we have 3 jacks he might be calling even large bets on his percieved implied odds.
edit2: or he might just be stupid enough in general to call against the odds with a FD.
