I have been thinking for a very long time about setting up a private HU tournament on PokerStars so that everyone in the Heads Up Poker section can play. I am sure I will get bashed by people who like to protect their nickname, but they don't need to join this tournament if they dont want to.
I was thinking of having this tournament on a Saturday or Sunday, and we will discuss the time slot if people would like to proceed with this idea. The tournament could be a $30+1.50 buyin event.
Let me know if this is something your interested in, if you would like to participate in such an event just state that your interested and suggest a day (Saturday or Sunday) along with a time slot (include the time zone).
I'd be up for this. Any day. Time is an issue however seeing as i am currently in Australia. 6pm USA ET is about 10am here so anytime after that would make it easy for me to be involved.
I have been in contact with pokerstars, and they might also include some free tournament entries to the daily and nightly $20+2 HU Tournaments or a token for the $55 50k gtd mtt. Still talking to them to figure everything out, I will keep on posting with updates.
I would do this, but I'm busto on Stars because it's disgustingly rigged (when I'm drunk... actually the being drunk thing may be a part of the problem here) and would need an Xfer for FTP monies.
Depending on time I will hopefully be playing drunk

I appologize for misleading everyone that PokerStars would throw in some prizes, they did not pull through but it is okay. I hope to see a nice turn around, sorry if this is short notice. I will run this tournament bi-weekly, and hopefully we can get some nice action.
I'm definitely in, except I need $22 on Stars for $22 on FTP. If I can't have this done, I may have to try to grind the 70 FPP sats to win two of them, but those are frustrating as hell and I'd rather not.
