Poker Stars $5.00 No Limit Hold'em - 3 players

Hero (SB): $9.99 - VPIP: 21, PFR: 16, 3B: 4, AF: 2,0, Hands: 80014
BB: $9.57 - VPIP: 17, PFR: 17, 3B: 8, AF: 0,0, Hands: 29
BTN: $5.82 - VPIP: 52, PFR: 24, 3B: 17, AF: 7,8, Hands: 291 flopcb: 100%, turncbb: 75%, rivercb:100%; BU stteal:42%, WTS:36

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is SB with K J
BTN raises to $0.15, Hero calls $0.13, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.35) 4 7 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10

Turn: ($0.55) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.20, Hero calls $0.20

River: ($0.95) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.55, Hero calls $0.55

My problem is, that on one side he CBETS his full range on flop, 75% on turn, and full on river, so him being agressive doesnt change his range at all. So if I was ahead preflop, I'm most likely ahead now.
He's aggro, so just let him bet his full range 3 streets.

Seems too thin. Your sample is too small to say he definitely c-bets with those frequencies. At least have A-high to hero call here.

Just fold on the flop and wait for a better spot vs such a spewy villain. With a high aggression factor he's likely to fire off multiple streets so if you call the flop you're playing guessing games with K high.

fwiw, against players like this you don't win by calling down super thin or by bluffing. You wait for decent hands and let him barrel it off / raise the river.
