$25NL, Rush poker, no reads. Button LIMPS and only calls preflop so he probably doesnt have all that much (small pair, weak ace, connectors, etc). Paired flop. Do I:

1) Get the money in, only a Tx or 77 beat me, and I'm ahead of other holdings in his range (JJ, 99, 88, 66-22, 98, 87 76 A7 etc)

--- OR ---

2) Play it slow and fold if he gets aggressive. I'm either way ahead or way behind. Serious resistance means he has me beat.

FLOP: Should I bet the flop? Maybe smaller bet?
TURN: Should I give up after he calls the flop? Or is the turn push ok?

1) Bet flop, but I wouldn't have bet pot. Like $4.25
2) If he calls the flop, the 8 is a good card because it makes 86/89 more likely to call again. Its also a safe card and not an action killer. Bet like 3/4 pot to set up for river shove.

I almost never recommend c/r the turn with your value hands
