Is there such a thing as 4bet bluffs on flop? Not likely unless you have a huge dynamic going with villain. You really need to let go of some hands sometimes. Also when you get unlucky you get so pissed off. Get used to poker variance. I've lost to runner runner quads before and I took it well after all. If you play lose against certain player pool over a decent sample, I would always question my own play first then look for other things.
