EDIT: hmm actually i think if you bet and he shoves you're like ~80/20 dog.. theres loads of Qx and Kx that he isnt folding, ya beat some pps/FDs and JT etc.

In all honesty I'd check behind on the flop, fold if villain leads turn and check behind again if he doesn't. After this I would call any reasonable river bet so long as the river is pretty safe (no aces, no flushes of four to a straight on the board). Just because your pocket pair was strong preflop does not obligate you to treat it like a strong hand postflop. In this case you are in pretty much the same boat as if you had flopped bottom pair and no draws in other circumstances.
