play 4b or fold, the rake is too high to justify cold calling.

I would 4B to 4,5$ pre, unsure what to do vs all-in. I'm not a fan of Cold-calling 3B.

In either case 4bet vs CO range does not seem thrilling.

Edit: Lol I’m also partially blind so I read BU as BB so might as well ignore me. Completely misread hand.

1. 4bet. When you flat you're giving the original raiser great odds to call as well and JJ doesn't really want to play multi-way
2. small bet. Denies free equity realisation to over-cards but doesn't expose you as badly to check-raises.

Yeah 4bet pre, in general you virtually never want a 3bet cc range for many reasons which boil down to it being -EV. Make it like 22bb pre and fold to a jam from non-aggro whales in these positions. Oh, and as played, bet flop and pretty much don't fold to further action on the flop readless.

I took the dumbest action possible, overbet jammed, MP snapped with QJ nut straight (lol).

I still have mixed feelings about (cold)4betting JJ, but you convinced me it is the least worst option.
