Donking on 456 is a strategy that works because if UTG is playing properly he should check probably range on this board so BB donks to put the money in and to not allow villan to check back his overpair and keep the pot small (the same concept in a different scenario).
On this flop you do not have an advantage because Villan has 77,TT, and 55 low frequency and also all the overpairs that you do not have (UTG is doing better than BB on this board)
Talking about your turn sizing again, immagine you are UTG and you are facing 120% overbet instead of 50%. As UTG You have to start thinking what kind of hands to defend, what kind of hands BB is bluffing. If BB is bluffing with J9, J8 maybe you want to defend AT and Fold JJ. You have to put Villan in those thought spot. If he defend all his range vs those big sizing you can print against them.
