Looks horrible.
OR is marginal and -ev if you are getting 3b often. You can't call vs 3b.
I don't know what are you doing otf anything but fold is bad.

pre: villain is showing up with 10% positional 3bet, so i think 3way my hand have enaugh playability

flop: I have no natural bluffs, i would not open 56s often, and i think vilain may overcbet this flop, so going aggro with my backdoor potential

turn: never improve villain, his equity worsened, so i m doing equity denial small bet

river: obvious, once get called on turn villain range is quite strong, cc not option here IMO, if he is stubborn with kq, or underpair he always check

Gonna see how those kind of preflop calls are doing on larger sample, some daily datamining, nl 50 on stars is ****ing nitfest, i always struggled to adjust to tight games, this might be a reason i have so much trouble on nl50 right now, it's annoying to see all those nits i was tackling on nl25 to play here, and nl25 crusher like me struggling, i dont understand this, last year i was monkey on tilt so -1bb is kinda fair, this year, especialy this month i run really bad, i still think this hand was super unlacky, i would give up river unimproved, but it's hard to think clear when you cant win single ****ing stack for 4 hours 4tabling, i had practically no SD winnings session i played this hand, possibly attacking spots too hard, but dont think my play deserve -100bb here

i think all your reasoning is reasonable and could make for decent play in hu later position pots, you've just gone too far in every case.

pre is tempting but suited gappers that face some domination problems just aren't gonna play well without position on everyone vs these ranges, esp with BB being a reg.

it's a mw pot and everyone has a lot of Qx, so you'd expect villain to be cbetting more conservatively and we want to have some kind of blocker effects along with backdoor playability to continue. stuff like KJs should be much more effective, or stuff like A4s or 67s.

and while the 9 is a blank for his range, yes, he doesn't have much/any air in the first place and you still don't have any relevant blockers for his value range.

river bzzzt tho.

looks like a fine low frequency play

Fold pre to the 3b mostly. Gotta jam river when we lol get there. Honestly I am not sure of this is good or bad when it goes to showdown. I wouldn't do something like this for another 25-30k hands.
