seated at venetian 5/10nl today and recognize the guy across the table from me. after he notices me staring at him funny a few times he stops making eye contact. i checked the name screen on the table and it reads "4: FRANKIE F." he talks a lot and eventually leaves the table for a few hours and i left before he returned.

that room looks like it ****s all over foxwoods. makes me wanna go to vegas for the first time.

floor manager screws you and the guy wont pay, then you get banned for no reason. so unfair. ive heard that if you get a lawyer to request you being reinstated on letterhead that most casinos dont want to mess with legal straps so theyll just unban you. when im playing poker i always try to make sure that the casino can back me up on a transaction of the pot. for instance, sometimes players use chips from a foreign casino and under some rules, they actually dont play in the game. if they go allin and lose a pot, they could actually take their chips back and the floor cant make them pass them. also, if players are playing with a verbal cap, max bet of 2k, but each of you have 10k in play, they could actually put you allin on the turn after you tank called allin on the flop for 2k and theres nothing the floor can do about it. iow, its important to make sure the law and the floor can enforce rules that protect you. instead.. they ban you. gl hek youre a nice guy

For what it's worth...Last night Dentale (the guy who screwed me over in the equity chop I wrote about in my OP) was playing 5/10nl at Mohegan and caused a huge scene when the dealer mistakenly pushed him a pot that he didn't win. Many players at the table saw the mistake including the floorman. According to 2 players who witnessed it, he wrapped his arms around the chips and started yelling "you're not getting this pot. You need security to stop me." He became louder and louder until he grabbed his chips and ran out of the poker room with security after him.

I thought the 2p2 and poker community were really powerful. some of you pros should've put in a case for this man

lol. This guy just seems to cause a scene anywhere he goes. I was at borgata in june and I heard a lot of noise coming from a 2-5 table and went to see what was going on. Sure he enough, he was there, surrounded by two or three security guards. Not sure exactly what the problem was but I think it had to do something with the woman he was sitting next to.

Guys, chill. I was reinstated in April '09. Pretty sure I said so several posts above.

No offence meant, But you should of been banned for breaking the first bloke's finger, Bottle over frankie flowers head sounds just about right aswell.. Guessing though Frankie is a "hard-case" eg might get shot. Thus first dude's finger would of been enough, plus or minus few kicks to the teeth.
