and being tilted or playing w/o confidence certainly doesn't help your results when you are running bad on top. i'm quite sure that if you analyze lots of your biggest losing hands in a calm moment you will come to the conclusion that you could've at least minimzed your losses.
i'm quite sure that you beat those limits, but the mindset is also part of being a good pokerplayer.
