do some math. (post it here!) assume he raises 3-4x with 100% of his range, and calls with a smaller portion of his range (but not only AA). see if shoving A3dd is good, to start with.

limp-shove looks great to me, super profitable if he raises like 100% of his hand to 3bb's oop, even when his callingrange is perfect...

When we shove before he raises, we fold out everything he wouldn't call a shove with. When we limp shove, he still folds most of that, but he puts in some money before he does. I'm not entirely sure how math is necessary here, though it seems to be an extension of the stuff insane_steve and TNixon wrote, if you do want to see the math behind 3balling.

I just played 100 hands against some giant russian drooler and a donk from switzerland and managed it to lose 7 buyins...

there hasn't been one single moment in my HU career where i haven't been drastically below EV besides hand 0. plus im easily missing 50k EV in donkaments...

grrr FTP has enraged me. My bankroll is just too large to be playing the 11's so I moved up to the 22's before I played the volume I wanted to at the 11's and in like my 3rd game a little thing pops up asking me if I want information about winning a piece of Ivey so I say, "sure, why not?" and wtf happens? insta-crash FTP and when I get back my opponents have blinded me away. I am e-mailing support demanding my $$ back.

i know... mtts are so frustrating... the money distribution is not close to fair... not even longterm... it's almost impossible to achieve a decent samplesize ever...that's y i want to play more cash in the future...

you misunderstood... i dont talk about the distribution of the prizepool but about that a few rather mediocre guys have huge success due to getting lucky in some key spots while i know some great players who just run so bad lifetime in every major... skill and success are not as proportional in the long run as it is in cash... maybe u know what i mean... if u get sucked out at the FT bubble of the WCOOP 5k event there will be no long run of this situation for you because it wont happen often enough...
