Interesting spot. First reaction was that he had a really big hand....but any open ender + pair can play it this way too as it incites you to fold hands as big as AA. Very flow dependant.

I think pair + str8 draws will often 3 bet the flop. You're crushed by his range. I think folding is best, but I'd probably end up calling 'cause you got the bullets!

I think 2pr for the villain is more likely than anything else here. He could also be shoving with something like k9 or k6. I don't think he ever has a straight or a set here though. I didn't stove it but you're break even against his range at best. Do you have any reads on what he likes to donk flops with?
