what's going on at HU 5/10 on stars, so many 1/2 guys sitting with 200 on empty tables, and they are sitting out before anyone even sits in

anybody else just lose connection to full tilt?

sry fees. i wasnt trying do stooping things w/ you. i played button because i had auto post blind (i was waiting for - who actually seems jesus playing. ), so i played BB too, to not grimstaarrrr w/ you. i gotAQo, i couldnt do anything else than re raise and get in, obv.

i just played somehands w/ you to not hit n run like a chicken against you, becuase i respect you.

btw who is tom? and i dont have aim, just msn messenger. we can play more later at 10 20 if you want.

why is funny?

You guys are pretty funny in thinking a donk who wants to play does much more than:

A) Find the limit he wants to play;

B) Double click a table.

I really can't see FTP doing anything except perhaps capping the number of tables a person can sit at, per limit. Anything outside of that is going to be pretty hard to make a case for, or at least, have them justify to apply to their entire site.

i think donks don't like play w/ someone who is sitting at 6tables, and thats why i prefer just sit at 1table per stake while i wait for action.

fishs won't realize you are multitabling if you are multitabling, but at diferent stakes...

but what he's saying is that fish aren't scanning all of the tables to see who's playing, they are just going to click one and sit down. and the more tables you have, the more likely it is that you'll get clicked on.

I still think I'm right and I'm pretty sure the majority of individuals we would say are "fish" or "recreational" players generally do very little game selection because to them game selection does not matter as they are just playing a game to have fun and maybe win some money here and there.

Some may find a 'regular' player that they enjoy playing from time to time. This probably directly correlates with the times they got lucky and beat this player.

Tenking comes to mind as someone who does this. He used to sit with me repeatedly cause he was on a super heater against me. I finally took 8 bi off him in a sesh and he hasn't been back.

Other guys might game select in that they actually look to play guys who are sitting at more tables, cause they assume if someone is playing more tables, they pay less attention to individual matches.

Now that's assuming a lot of recreational players, and even more of a total fish...so you be the judge for yourself.

I think the point is that if there are 60 tables with one person sitting at them, and only 20 that are actually running, the rec players are actually much more likely to wonder wtf is going on, and maybe decide that HU is not for them at all.

Yea I mean I don't really know how you can deduce that in a way to show FTP evidence and then get them to action.

There's probably very little FTP will actually do. I'd say just shy of a miracle if they do a table cap/limit.

i think this turn/river are good cards too bluff, thats i shoved for thin value. maybe too thin? could i play that hand w/ another line? (i think you view me as a spew reg who loves to get out of line and make moves. you has to think that after saw the hand that i played at rail heaven).

I think the best solution is just for FTP to code that you can't sit on more than one empty HU table at each limit.

Capping the tables is all well and good, but on a site with a ton of regs it is likely to mean the majority of the time nobody ever gets any HU fish action because everyone is blocking everyone else trying to take the tables. Regs are constantly forced to play against similarly skilled regs and take up all the table space.

I have no problem playing regs, but it seems pretty counter intuitive to force them into confrontations to the point where nobody gets any fish.

Those were both vs the same guy in about a 5 minute span. Not to mention the 10 other buyins I got sucked out for vs this guy. I could make an awesome BBV thread with all the beats i took if my hem was working. And i still ended up on the session as a whole even losing 14 buyins to one monkey. He quit me after he figured out that he could only beat me if he got it in bad. 14/15 all ins he was behind and i lost all 15. ill delete ina while this cuz i personally hate reading thsi type of **** but it helps get steam out

so a 5/10 limit player just randomly sat with me and proceeded to not fold ever. I got it in 5 times as 85% favorite, and he won 4 and we chopped the 5th. awesome

i was playing w/ 50/100 vs plz_stop_lookin (rail heaven guy!!!!), he was pretty tilted, 3betting AI w/ 100bbs LOL, open shoving etc. i won 11,5bi from him in 5 minutes, then he sat out.

i follow him to plo25/50, he was running pretty hot and had a $25k stack. i decided play 200/400 w/ him, unfortunnally i was very very scared money, lost ~$25k (which is a lot of money for me) and just sat out.

meh... he was 3betting AI 50bbs at 200/400. sick...

next week, or in a couple of days we can play.

if you are playing 50/100 and take 11.5 buyins off a guy, it's pretty weak to say then that you played 200/400 and lost 25k and it was a lot of money to you. i mean, it's oddly sometimes the case that the down dollars hurt way more than the up dollars make us happy, and that the numbers at 50/100+ are just crazy big and stomach hurting, but still. i think you've either got to stop playing that high (which you might want to do until you stop being scared money there) or suck it up!
