I've just sent FT a long, semi-comprehensive email detailing the current problem with the culture of heads up games, bumhunting, and a few possible solutions I can see to the problem, from ones that would be reasonable, to ones that other sites have implemented, to extremes that would definitively solve the problem. I also mentioned to them that I'm a reasonably important person in the online poker community, and that I'd be glad to help build a dialogue between the regulars and the site to find a solution that would make us all hate them less and make them money as well.

Given that it took me 15-20 minutes to write out my thoughts, I'm assuming all I'll ever see from FT is an automated response. But hey, why not.

hi, i started to play on FULLTILT this month,

what happens is that sometimes the AUDIO GOES OFF for no apparent reason, and no more sounds come from fulltil. and i can't get the audio back unless i close fulltilt software and reopen it. (my setting is checked for all sounds).

does it happen to you?
is there a trick i can use to get the audio back? (on ipoker this happened a few times but i just had to click options and then close the option window and the audio came back)

I used to have a similar problem. The only way I was ever able to fix it was by downloading and installing the latest drivers for my on-board audio device.
