I remember ggforyou would sit at a mass load of tables even when I told him about the rules. I found that annoying and it's gratifying seeing him crying like a baby to fulltilt about the rules now.

Nothing wrong with it imo but he is obv bumhunting massively to have a winrate that large, but 95% of regs in this forum bumhunt and haven't got the balls to admit it. How do I know this? Because 95% of the ftp hu lobby bum hunts.

i played 12 hours straight today.

I am a 50NLHU recreational grinder with <40 BI. was playing 100NL 6max, got stuck 300 and said, I WILL PLAY TILL I GET BACK MY MONEY.

i loaded up 14 tables of 100NL when i usually play 4. I went back up to breakeven, then i decided, hmm i want to play more. then i lost a buyin or two.

THATS IT, 1/2 6max AND 2/4 6max HERE I GO.
and i failed miserably.

Then i went to 200NL HU and won.

then i ended the day at 50nl

i am a degenerate, i have a problem. i will probably quit poker now. have fun guys.

since about 10 days ago i switched from FR to HU after moving up to fidy nl the week before

i was just so sick of the fr nit-grind that this was extremely refreshing.
it didnt hurt that my first day was +12 buy ins either

since then im trying to grind it out but been encountering some of the standard 5 bi in either direction swings which results in about being breakeven at the +8 bi mark for the last 6 k hands.

im just 1 tabling getting to learn to the game but i seem to be doing reasonably well.. im on ftp btw cause <3 rb.

gonna watch all the hu vids on DC this month and continue to learn

also i seem to only bumhunt, PTR'ing everyone who sits with me and only playing losers and drooler fish and never winning regs, is this frowned up or accepted in our line of business ?

Doesnt bum hunting make you a bum?....So its more like bum on bum....I mean in reality most players watch a bunch of vids learning some other dudes style that he learned from experience...and then you go and hunt the worst players cuz you have no real game that will hold up against anyone that has anykind of skill level....most of these dudes will never make any real dough cuz when they get to a certain level and the bums are gone, they have nothing to offer any real player

This is just my first week and I'm getting used to the new game.

I started today and just played everyone who sat down, went ok, most regs arent great anyway.

ya. i assume i bumhunt too. would be ridic if someone say 'i don't bumhunt'. obv i like play regs too, i also like play vs people who are better than me, but i want make a lot of money, so i have to bumhunt. most days i don't play regs, but somedays i just want play w/ good regs, and others days i watching tv and also want make some money while i watch tv, so these days i will only play w/ ****** ******ads.

thats table selection, i don't see any problem w/ this. imo would be a problem (a big problem) if i ALWAYS just play w/ ****** ******ads and NEVER play w/ regs. i know some people do this, i don't think this is fine... people who bumhunt somedays are standard, EVERYBODY deny action vs some regs.

btw its pretty funny people saying 'bleh, you are an idiot, you bumhunt. if you play fishs and i play regs, obv i am better than you.' this is ridic... EVERYONE bumhunts a little... even the biggest players in the world bumhunt. most people who play at rail heaven bumhunt too.

yesterday UponStar got pwned by me at plo deep 6max 10/20 and after losing a 400bbs pot he said on chat '****** fish'. i said something like 'lol, ty'. and he said 'idiot, you just bumhunt!' i said 'haha. donkey. you are a donkey'. he asked me why i wouldn't play hu w/ him... is hard to realize that i won't play w/ him because i am a 10/20 reg and don't want play vs a 50/100 reg? i would like to know why this guy don't play hu plo 50/100 vs brian townsend vs boosted J, vs mikeyG16 or vs MicahJ... its pretty funny. everybody who say to me that i am a bumhunter, also are a bumhunter.

oh, people who don't bumhunt at ftp and are willing to play vs anyone: jungleman12 and cftw. other playres are bumhunters.. 99% of the 25/50 and 10/20 field are bumhunters. i am saying this becuase i already sat at every table at this stakes and nobody give me action, even me being pretty weak to play 25/50 hu.

Internet Pokers put it in his blog and I believe it as well, that videos only take you so far. Replicating someone's winning style is not a good strategy although it certainly can work to an extent.

Bumhunting is defined as only playing horrible players. Everyone game selects. I won't play durrr etc. I've denied Zugwat, theASHMAN, and balugawhale, they are all probably better than I am although I don't know much about baluga other than he plays high and is/was? a DC instructor.

I pretty much hate the word but it's kinda hard to get around. But yeah if I see GirlCanPlay2 or kaintd77 playing someone, I can be pretty damn sure they're horrible

I play regs pretty much every day I play.

girlcanplay2 isn't a bumhunter, she/he is a donkey. i played 25/50 vs him last week. maybe its because i am terrible. =)
