rake is insane atm (although the recent changes hit nl100 and nl200 even more), but if you're decent and select pools (some are for sure unbeatable) it can be beaten. I'm running smth like 2,5bb/100 since rake changes, with additional 3,5bb/100 in rb, so its not terrible.

They could rake you 40bb/100 and there'd still be some occasional winners due to pure variance. So 'def beatable for 10bb' seems like a rather odd statement after 45k hands.
