I don't think PLO is that different once you get past the basics. Ranges are just way wider (you can't say villain can't have a boat on a certain board very often when the river pairs) but HU players are used to that anyway.

If you go back many pages you'll find me posting similar hand, but mine was super crazy. I've had J2 afair, flop J22r, guy donks i raise he shoves or something like this, anyway, we got it in on the flop i was stoned to see 54 or 43 or 53 don't remember exactly and he wins by running 33, 44, 55, whatever he had. I was stoned. In your case you just have a pair of tens on drawy paired board, and opponent had more equity then in my case. just move on, you'll laugh at it later, as sure as i do about that hand.

Just because someone has a few hnr comments doesn't mean they'll hnr you. I've had people comment on my wall that I hnr them after playing them for 200+ hands and giving a 5-10 min warning. Also, i've been hnr by someone then gone sat their tables(they don't play) and they've said I hnr them. Some people you just can't leave when up. The lower you play the more likely to get comments.

Better to look at their sessions tab on PTR, if they never have a table with more than 4 hands then they are hnr's.

Although, Pain-bg's wall all the comments are justified, gave me action for the first time ever the other day, played his button sucked out for a stack 1st hand and sat out straight away.

Why do people care about hit and runners that much? Just play, make $EV, and move on.

Cause personally it tilts me so much. Especially small hit n runners (15-20bb). I can understan who hit n run 1 bi. Thats ok. But then the guy is down 30k, and hit n run 15 bucks.. it tilts me

Hit and runners are some of the most profitable spots in HU. If you're getting tilted by them to the point where it's -EV for you to play them, then don't. However, it's your perceptions and expectations of "HNRing" that lead to your tilt, not the HNRing in itself. Change your perception=less tilt=more $EV.

The way I deal with HNR's is just to accept it as part of the game. I will get HNR often, and that is their right and is well within the rules. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with it. Also, I will occasionally HNR someone (I tried hard not to in order to be considerate), and so it is a give and take situation. Another way to think about it is this: Can I control whether I get HNR? No. Therefore, I will not waste my thoughts or emotions on something that I have no control about. To put this into a useful metaphor, if a tree is in my way as I am walking through the woods, I don't get mad at the tree, I just go around it and accept it as a reality.

The most annoying type of HNR'ers is the most lose-passive complete station, like IE in 1st session he is never ever folding a single hand and always has a top top part of his range for like over 500 hands, then finally snapping off 100bbs in 20bb pot with A2o on A73xxs 4x Ks, doh i have it ofc, but he doesn't care, runs away broke, then next time comes back and never ever folds, but this time you can't hit a single hand, and finally 300 hands in you finally 3bet KK, get set in 3bet pot on dry board he floats with backdoor gutshot str8 and gets there in 300bb pot, yet he never ever called weak in huge pot before, and runs away.

After the last update Stars changed their PLH/PLO-tables to NL/PLO and ever since my HEM hasnt been picking up the hands on the HUD. Nor do I see them in my DB or in the Stars HH-folder. Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks
