Yes, it is widely accepted that if you are doing both cardio and weights in a single session, you weight train before the cardio. You only stretch after the workout, not before. You running to the gym for 3 blocks could just be considered your warm-up.

Well if you have alot of spare time it would be best to do your weights and cardio completely separate like do a weights session in the morning than some cardio in the afternoon. If you can't do this than doing cardio after your weights is fine just make sure you get some source of protien/carbs(protien shake) in your system 30min after your weights.. That's why doing high intensity interval cardio for 30min after weights is the best!

better yet.....alternate cardio with weights every other day. Light run for warm up before weights is good (don't stretch while you're cold!).

AP use to be one of my favorite sites to play heads-up on in terms of their software and their 40bb min buy in rule. Now with this auto play the first hand nonsense I don't like it at all. I have to be super on top of the tables and my only option if I don't want to play a hit and runner/grimmer type or whoever is to close down the table before my blind is posted. Plus if I want to take a restroom break I have to close down all my tables. Boo

Eh, no. Pokerstars fixed that some time ago.

Go to options - advanced multi table options - ask me before posting blind or whatever it says

WTF happened to the 75bb no blind increase HUSNGs on Stars (agree that getting rid of the deep one is good)?

They were pretty fun to play if you were sitting around waiting for action.
