ok so if byn played two hands, letting the guy play his button also then that would be acceptable to you all, is that what you are saying? because if it is the whole bumhunting argument again i am going to start puking shards of glass.

Well you specifically would have to wait for rbracco to tell you to 3bet but yes playing 2 hands would be acceptable.

folding ur sb is grimming, its not close

Grimming is defined as: Backing off from a prearranged 50/50 gamble, a "flip", in an unfair way upon realizing that your chance of winning the flip is below 50%.

yeah you are obviously

he has no way of knowing whether you folded a good hand or 62o, so you folding your button does not mean anything

just play the second hand, only playing BTN is super rude

i dont think ur in the wrong whatsoever...u folded ur SB, so he actually made money, and then u sat out...there is no rule saying u have to also play ur BB...ur trying to make money, if u realized u didnt wanna play him, but already had auto post on, u now folded, its totally fine...u guys crack me up sometimes...ppl get so mad about things that dont matter whatsoever...is it that much better to play one more hand and fold ur BB to his raise?

how do people not get this

even if you openfold A8s then you are assuming that you are as or more profitable with A8s on the button than he is with a random hand on his, which he might debate

that he made money is totally irrelevant. the only fair way to deal with autopost is playing an even number of hands. ******s complaining about you opening and 3betting second hand and then sitting out are ******s, but complaining about not playing an even number of hands is totally standard.

WTF is with all the threads and post from people trying to eliminate "bumhunting"...if you define "bumhunting" as mostly playing people worse than you...count me in as a "bumhunter".

I really don't care what anyone thinks of me or the way I make my money. But trying to impede on my profits in order to add to your pockets in this manner deserves a punch in the face.

It is the equivalent of action stealing, which should be classified as very bad poker ethics.

My take on it is that they do not want to put in the time or effort to game select in this sort of manner. They want to sit down and play in profitable games whenever they please. Therefore, they try to steal fish to ring games, along with forcing "bumhunters" to play each other or play them at ring games.

It is ********! They really need to back the **** off and stop action stealing...punk ass mother ****ers!

Also, if you give they guy your small blind and sit out next hand...totally acceptable...raise sb and sit out, bad etiquette for sure.
