That's simply not true. I am willing to play as i did, but I am not gonna agree to all kind of deals he wants to. I gave decent human reasons why. Finally he started a match with me, I've played him 2 tables NL100 until he left. Waiting on him now, but can't wait forever, I need to do stuff and have a sleep also. Not gonna change my schedual to suit his majesty's pleasure.

So, just stop all that crap, people.

And also, if you weren't around I've had 48hrs marathon 2 tabling with another muppet, which he failed hard and ran away beaten up like a rat.
Is this suppose to be a brag? I truely think you are delusional in some ways. And all challenges have some sort of rules.

Yea, but since it's a one-time thing you usually just buy a percent at close to 1:1. I think it would be really hard to expect a profit putting up 50% of a single tourney entry and only getting 25% of profits. Longer term stakes are typically more weighted towards the player though.

yeah but if he pays 50% of buyins and gets 50% of action hes basically get 100% on the 1k he put up, unless im just way off and everyone is already assuming he gets 50% of the 1k he put up, not the total 2k.

25% return on a 50% stake implies a 100% ROI to break even. It's definitely doable live, but I wouldn't call it standard at all.

And as I said before MTT players sell shares for their own benefit, it is they who are paying for a service to mitigate their risk.

If we want to actually see any HU4ROLLZ grudge matches actually take place, we need to create some sort of formal guidelines. It's just not realistic to expect 2 people who usually hate each other to agree on anything. Also, it's pretty obvious that nobody wants to take the emotional risk of losing and being humiliated.

Feels so awkward to lose $1k while having +20ptbb/100 WR during this dump.

it's not unusual to pay 10-20% markup if you're buying half of a good player's tournament, which would mean 10% of a 2k would cost like $230 and $1k would get you like 43%. usually when i sell action to friends i don't charge markup, but if i'm selling a big package well in advance i would charge markup simply because there's a market for it

i am playing someone who only steals 36% and defends 23% to my 100% minraises. pretty variance free match but my god its boring.

why is this guy even playing? he obv does not want to play poker just see a bunch of holecards. And fold them.

yeah, but when he get's aces, he's going to stack you! I bet that's my dad.

lol he has a 3bet of 14% which is decently aggro for a fish. but he insta c/f on every flop if he misses.

Guess HU poker actually is complicated (here: preflop adjustments), but we are so drilled that we forget how complicated it is

i actually love those type of matches. you can actually see your edge by watching his stack get smaller and smaller in a pretty linear way

+1 It's the cool way to get back at someone... I know there's a couple of accounts on PTR that just post "hnr" on most regs' page.

w/e though since I barely check PTR, unless I am curious.

I just lost the biggest pot of my life.

The previous hand, I folded AK to a huge 4b shove.

I minraised pre, he called and check-shoved 250bb on T74 flop.
My 74 is no good vs T7.

Then he snap quit.
sigh.
