I dont mind the flop call but given it was early in the match I like to establish an aggressive image right off the bad so i would pobably go like 80 on the flop.

As played though...
250 on turn and call shove
yawn?

Tricky spot. I'd love to call and c/c river but there are so many bad cards out there, so we're kinda forced to raise.

Leading turn looks a little bluffy so that would be an option.

Agree.

But as played I say raise to like $275 after he bets the turn.

I think I'd rather just shove than 250/call readless first hand.

Especially if he knows nothing about you either, which im assuming is true, he's more likely to think you are some random fish/spewmonkey if you shove than if you basically minraise after the board pairs.

This has to be a raise. A number of turn cards can put you in a really tough spot. Especially being OOP

leading the turn hell put you on exactly what you have, i dont see how it looks bluffy at all, im 3 betting preflop almost always esp at first hand and c/r this flop for value expecting him to push worse pair plus draws or flush draws, and the gutshot gives us an escape hatch if were wrong. as played c/c turn and lead or c/c river. Id slit my wrists before i lead here with no history on the turn and would def commit suicide before i check raised this turn for value.

tbh i thought a turn raise would be bad, but im a HU newb so idk

as for making it 250 i think shoving is clearly better then that.

rest of hand:

Turn: T ($92, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $111, Hero calls $111.

River: 3 ($314, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $298, Hero??
