How many aware of position?

How many players do you think are aware of position at a typical 25nl and 50nl table. Are hands such as AQ 1010 worth 3betting in position to an utg raise more so than if you play higher?

Depends who you are playing. Start thinking in terms of villains and not so much in terms of hands. So instead of saying "is it profitable to 3-bet TT to an UTG raiser", ask "what type of UTG raisers is 3-betting TT profitable against?"
