Are we intentionally floating flop kinda wide to try and bluff later streets?

I was kind of playing street poker during the hand but Villain cbet really small so I thought it was an okay float.

My blockers suck OTT but I planned on bluffing club/spade rivers once he goes into x mode.

Perhaps this isn't too bad vs. players/pool that probably cbets too much here. We're supposed to check a lot as OR and I think some players range this board. But you probs have more data on this.

Love some street poker. Don't think our blockers are that bad because we probably want to be blocking AK/AQ right?

Cool thing about playing on anon sites is that we don't have to worry about our frequencies that much, so there are a lot of spots IMO where it's OK to way way overbluff, or way way underbluff. Think this is a good spot to overbluff to get KK-JJ/99 to fold

I don't think players protect their x/cing range enough either with draws. Most draws bet turn

Maybe I'm a station, but

Spoiler:
Seems like river should be a call with his hand. Blocking 2 of the best flushes possible.

Yeah I don't like this hand. This is my biggest leak atm - not using correct blockers OTR.

I solver checked this one as best I could. Flop call is bad. But bluffing after the call is acceptable.

I'd have to tinker with this one some more to know if population tendencies could make a float good here, but my guess is no. What was your plan if he double barreled? Just fold? What about on a K or Q turn?

I don't think the blocker effect is as significant as the fact that he has a ton of Ax hands here and it's tough to find the odds to support a flop float with a 0 equity hand where he doesn't have many misses.

My immediate thought is the flop is just a standard fold.

Looks like GTO Wizard has it as a 50/50 mix between calling and folding. If SB goes 1/3 or higher, then it becomes closer to a fold.

Too bad BU folded (would have made a set)

Not bad play. Pre is a call. I personally would have continued with better odds, but I am not you.

Problem is, after the small cbet, villain checks. Tis time to make moves (since he loses to Ax)
