General question: QQ vs out of position 4bet @ 100bb

So I am on this amazing losing streak where it seems I cannot win big hand no matter how strong a hand I make - to this end, over the last few days, I have had QQ 27x and have gotten it all in bad which means 20% of time I've had QQ i've come up against AA or KK.
My question, then, is how do you play QQ in position when facing a 4bet from out of position at 100bb? Can you really fold QQ in position here? If not, how do you play a flop that doesn't contain and A or a K? I mean, if you don't 5bet jam pre-flop because you fear he might have AA or KK, there is still the possibility that villain has those hands now and you have less equity against them. Is it just a jam at 100bb in this situation?

Depends on opponents and positions, for example if u 4b/call QQ in UTG vs a HJ 3b from a nittier guy, that's a losing play.
If u always get it in pre in the loose position combinations, like BTN vs blinds or BvB or CO vs BTN, that's perfectly fine, but u should still avoid the nitty IP 4bettors and just flat.
And then when u get post, put money in on safe boards, pot control and play carefully on A/K high.
