Uhh, it's a limped HU hand, a pot sized bet is exactly 2,5bb and the opponent was like a VPIP 60 fish. I'm ahead of the opponent's range on the flop AND he will call with any pair, any draw/gutshot and possibly any one spade as well. I don't think it's wise to bet just 1bb here, you'll just give the opponent too good odds to call and if he has a hand he will call with, as it doesn't matter whether I bet 1bb or 2,5bb, he will call very often anyway. It's a very clear value bet on the flop, so get the most value you can against his range and it's not a good flop to slowplay either.

The turn is debatable, maybe some would check/fold here. Then again the turn card is a blank and we're still ahead of many hands the opponent could have.

And anyways, it's such a random hand that whether I lost 9bb or not this time is quite meaningless. The opponent either folds to the flop bet OR calls with a worse hand so often that one had to make some pretty strong arguments to not play it this way. A very loose opponent open limping the nuts, then flopping even more nuts AND you also flopping something in BB is so rare that you can't really be scared of that happening, especially not in a tiny pot like that.
