bad fish-reg. passive postflop, does a lot of c/c'ing and checking back with 2nd/3rd pair/tp+no kicker type hands. can't really vbet 2nd/3rd pair stuff either, he just checks it down/back.

not really worried about being balanced vs him. river?

bigger on river i prob over bet 65-50 considering his range
as for river i first thought it was a trivial fold but you only need 28%
and there's only 6 combo's of Q9 so yeah have to click call and take it on the chin

Your line looks FOS too you check flop (fine) and check raise turn when villain perceives you should probably bet out turn for value with most of your value range. He looks capable of bluffing at least given history so he might have a few spazzy bluffs and KdJx. Everyone bets flop with every flush so I'm taking them out of his range, he could put us on 9x and raise for value with a straight and he will obviously have Q9 here a lot but I don't mind looking him up. It's heads up a lot of those aggro stats get juiced.

Hand 1 I dont like checking flop against passive player I would have bet, his raise looks pretty strong for passive player where I would fine a fold in hand #1, hand #2 looks fine.

Villain checks back with 2nd / 3rd pair type hands, which polarizes his c-betting range. I can't see from OP's post that Villain doesn't c-bet air. Why do you want to donk-bet into him with the flopped flush and not give his air a chance to bluff ? From most of his showdown value hands (pairs), you probably won't get three streets of value anyway, so instead of donking and betting three streets, which looks really strong, why not wait with the betting till the turn ?
