I typically don't raise flop where I am at the nut disadvantage. I just xc.

I'm trapping instinctively when there's no FD. Expecting AK to bet turn

Could have been a misclick on Vs part.

I like the flop c/r. I find that population checks the turn a ton after going around half pot, so let's get him now. Since this board is supposed to suck for us, we look draw-heavy and should get plenty of action.

So I have a weird idea against the min-click. If villain really has what he is repping, we are getting stacked regardless. But if he has hands are trying to check back the turn, what would be the most annoying line for villain? I am wondering if calling the min-click and donking 1/3 on the turn could be a thing to max punish this type of player.

I like the donk idea (for once).

Is this ever a thing by BU here? Can we bluff min-4bet on high boards ? sounds fun. I guess we only get action from a strong range but it's a spot I've never thought about

Just simmed and that's a big N.O., Pio has no 3bet range as BU.

It does have a large jamming range as BB though in response (84s etc) so later when I have time I'll lock BB to jam and call a smaller nittier range and see if doing so increases the EV of a flop 3bet

I think you could even go bigger with the C/R, like to around $7. I dig the calling and leading out on the turn for like 1/3 pot move. If he has it, you're getting it in anyway. If he's semibluffing a draw he's going to hate to see you call the raise and then not get his free card on the turn.

Ah, I think my theory is uprovable in Pio.

I can lock BB's response to the 2bet and solve (only shoving nuts, folding most pairs etc), but then it just compensates BB's range by raising less, which in turn unsurprisingly makes BU wallop the BB with a 50% 3bet range.

I guess this is a flaw with the nodelocking feature. You can lock one response but the solver will just recalculate around that, and until we can lock our opponents entire strategy on all permutations it's only good for more simplified situations.

Wait.. is this what sub-tree configuartion is all about? Perhaps I need to ask this in theory or wherever
