Easy Fold? 16nl

Is this an easy fold? The more I look at it I'm telling myself yes. The BTN is 64/14 over 23 hands(small sample but enough to indicate he's a fish) and the SB is 16/9 over 638 hands. After the nit in the SB calls turn I can't see anything in his range that I'm ahead of, the more I look at it the more I think it's a bad call.
