Don't have stats on the guy, because playing from work. But he was fairly passive and very loose preflop.
My range for him on the flop was two baby spades, maybe pair and gutshot with spades. Usually the min reraise is the shizzle, but he mostly will have much worse...
Even against a made straight I'm only 2:3.
