Of course... but there's a significant difference in someone's range when it's MW and they raise into 2 people, vs HU's. Hu's and ~100bbs stack in this spot, ok, sure there's times it can make sense (I'd prefer the flop be 2 tone at least though). I think a rainbow flop though warrants a call more than shoving. But regardless, in this specific spot, your opponents range is much stronger when they raise because it's MW, and draws want to build pots, not push people out.
