I read it, very good. I'm pretty sure I skipped the part on 'table poker' though and I skipped a bit of the end of the first chapter. It just got kinda repetitive with the little things. The last chapter was vvvgood though. The stuff on quitting and breathing etc are pretty much excellent and well worth the price of the book
