This is a flawed way of thinking. Think about how to best play your hand, the situation you are in, your opponent, etc..
But to maybe answer your question somewhat, my stats for these things (I just checked HEM) back when I played NL10 were: Steal: 35, 3-bet: 9.2, Fold to 3-bet: 72.

It only counts the times you have raised and folded to someone 3-betting. Not the times someone else was the original raiser.
