CotW: Playing KK - Page 5 - Micro Stakes Pot Limit and No Limit

Playing KK is usually very straightforward. I am not going to spend a lot of time focusing on the standard play, which is to raise preflop, bet the flop, bet the turn and bet the river. But lest there be any doubt, this is the best way to play KK—just go for value on every street where your hand looks like it is probably best.

It seems to me that one pair hands are good for two streets of value. If you are putting in chips on three streets post, against a competant villain, you are asking for trouble.

A 13/3 opens from early, i 3b to 10bb he 4b to 30 i fold.I`m guessing he`s only hand here is AA.Would it have been better to just call PF ? Say a board of low cards would have come...wouldn`t i lose more ?
