This player tends to play aggressive against me. I believe the K3s heads up on button is either a limp or raise. Would you raise on the flop though, or is hand too strong to raise, flat and play for a big pot later?

you know what, although i didn't incorporate a limping range hu and flop is surely a mix, i think you've done it and this is probably a wp hand.

upon further thought, I think I should of just called. I allowed him to fold weak hands and bluffs.

i think you approach spots too simplistically. poker is not a game of pure bluffs, pure value and 100% or 0% equity, nor is it a game where certain hands should always do one thing or another.

sure, you make him fold some combos of stuff that don't win very often vs your range and might put more money in. but there are many, many other factors in play and being able to simultaneously consider these factors and form appropriate strategies is what makes a good poker player.

If dumb it down to that, you miss out on some extra value in situations. You can't simply judge the hand, HEY I WON SO I MUST OF PLAYED IT CORRECTLY.
