What I can find here, not much of a sample but it's something.
Haiz already mentioned it but yeah I agree. 3 bet pre sounds good but I can see calling here and there. OTT I feel like betting is just best option and I'm rarely skipping the followup. What made you want to skip turn bet?
V looks weak OTR IMO (but so do you.)

Interesting spot, I don't have this line but maybe this will help.
Population is way overfolding vs flop raises (although they fold less than the aggregate on T-2 high boards). Which makes me want to fold OTR.
