So this was of a kind of weird hand in my experience. Not sure about the line I took. After taking a second look, I think I should flat the flop donk w/ the NFD and two overs but when players take strange fishy lines I tend to not believe them and apply pressure with my strong draws. But this is player dependent. Tight and passive players donk multi-way OTF with strong holdings and tend to check their marginal made hands in my experience.
After the btn flats my raise and we go heads up, I'm planning on checking a good deal of turn cards. T,9,8,7,3,2 are all bad cards for my range. Qx and K of diamonds I'd check as well and let our opponent take a stab on an obvious scare card. It's just hard for me to put our opponent on a range given how passively he's played so I'm not trying to put a lot of money in with a draw OOP OTT. Anyways, with the 4 straight OTT I decide to b/c small. River puts the str8 out and I think for a second, ask myself how many 8s out opponent has in his range (8d7d, 8d9d, Ax8d, maybe more given his VPIP), figure it's not many given my line and attempt to shove him off the chop.

I would bet more to maximize our equity + fold equity on the turn.

Don't expect many bluffs from the fish on this river. A small block bet/fold looks better to me.
