Information such as how much they 3b from the blinds, how often you 4bet and how often you defend against 3bets would be useful
Considering there is a 3bet vs a UTG open, I would assume they'll be 3betting pretty tight. I would imagine you'd be 4betting AK? If you not 4betting AK the only other value hands better than AQ you can have are A3s/A5s and 33 and I don't even know if your strategy includes either opening these UTG or even defending vs a 3b IP with these.
Given the above it's possible AQ is the very top of your range here and you shoudl probably just call it off otherwise you will be folding 100% of your range on the river.
