I don't have a strong read on population here. I've been in this spot and called only to see villain show up with AK or 55. I've also seen them show up with A4 or some random bluff.


We've only invested 3 BB at this point. So unless I've seen him do this with worse hands I'd just opt for the conservative route and let it go.

On ignition I am guessing I win over 50% of the time cuz these massive shoves are tilted towards players clicking buttons at random, but on stars idk.

That being said I might still fold cuz low confidence, def an exploit to call here ever.

If you haven't noticed that your opponent has been on tilt in the last few hands, it's best to fold.

I dont' open A2s utg often in zoom. If they have any 43s even 55 is creaking but let's be generous and say that's unlikely. So 55+ i guess. Sheesh. Anything else looks like seppuku vs non whale.

Yes that's what I was thinking. A2s I feel I would burn my timebank and call anyway because I'm a big station, but it doesn't feel right. For once imagine the turn is a 5 and now the idiot beats you with their A8o, that would tilt me to death.

Well when you have A5 instead of A2, you run into 22 more than 55, maybe beat A2, and aren't going to get counterfeited as often.

In my experience this is Ace rag at a really high frequency, and even the people who do this with monster hands like sets also do it with the one pair hands, making AQ an easy call against the shoving range. The ones who exclusively do this with the actually nutted combos are a rare sort of fish, because they both need to slam in 15x pot overbets on dry flops, but also realize that a pair of Aces with a random kicker isn't a nut hand in this spot.

I fell for this on 25z UTG vs BB srp on K53r with AA.

x B30 call

Turn 5

BB jams like 10x pot

I snap call he has KK.

Not really sure what to do here but I think i fold spots like these now unless i got top 2 or big pair + draw
